A curve is generated at the cutting edge, and this curve must closely follow the moving laser beam. To thoroughly resolve this issue, reducing the feed rate throughout the entire cutting process can significantly eliminate wire‑frame artifacts.
2. Narrow slit width
The width of the cut does not normally compromise the quality of the cut. The cutting width only plays a major role when the internal structure of the part produces a particularly accurate contour. This is because the kerf width determines the minimum internal structural expansion and contraction of the aluminum profile. Along with the increase in thickness of the plate, the cutting width also increases. Enhancement. 3. Good vertical angle of clearance, small total heat hazard area
When the thickness of the processed raw material exceeds 18mm, the flatness of the cutting edge is very critical. When leaving the focus point, the laser beam is emitted, and the cut will widen towards the top or bottom end depending on the location of the focus point. The spacing between cutting edges is a few millimeters in the vertical direction. The steeper the edge, the higher the cutting quality.
