Before riveting, everyone must measure the length of the line and estimate the curl length of the printed paper, which is also to ensure the quality of curl. The actual operation of the wrapping strip can only be carried out after the estimation is completed. The following are the main practical operation methods:

1. draw two curl curves on the blank: L1 = 2.5 * curl diameter L2 =(1/4?1/3)* L1

2. place the baffle on the platform (or square iron, slide rail, etc.) so that the exposed platform size is equivalent to L2, press the baffle with the right hand, and then hit the edge of the platform with the hammer head. Bend it to 85±90 ° with your left hand.

3. widen and bend the blank until the edge of the platform is aligned with the two ends of the second coil curve, I .e. the exposed platform is equivalent to L1, and place the edge of the first milling cutter on the platform.

4. rotate the blank so that the curled edge faces upward, and gently and symmetrically tap the curled edge so that it bends, so that the curled part slowly becomes a circular arc.

5. put the wire into the pressure wire, and gradually from one end to prevent the wire from popping out suddenly. buckle one end first, then place a section of ring buckle for a period of time. after the ring buckle is carried out, tap gently to facilitate curling the edge close to the wire.
