1. Galvanized sheet SECC
The basic material of SECC is general cold rolled sheet, the degreasing, pickling and electroplating processes are carried out in the continuous galvanizing production line, turning into phosphating commodities and various post-process treatments. SECC not only has the mechanical properties and processability of general cold-rolled plates, but also has excellent corrosion resistance and decorative art appearance. It possesses strong competitive advantages and faces significant substitution pressure in the electronics, appliance, and home‑goods markets.
2. General Cold Rolled Sheet SPCC
SPCC refers to the continuous cold rolling of steel castings into coils or plates of the required thickness according to the cold rolling mill. The SPCC surface layer is not maintained and is very susceptible to oxidation when exposed to gas, especially in wet and cold conditions. It has red rust, should be carried out in the application of the whole process of painting, sheet metal design plating process or other safeguards.
3. SGCC
hot dip galvanized coil steel refers to the processing of semi-finished products after pickling or hot rolling. sheet metal bending is cleaned by water, quenched, infiltrated into a molten zinc bath at about 460 ℃, then hot dip galvanized layer on steel, then quenched and solved by flowing calm organic chemistry. SGCC raw materials for sheet metal cabinets are harder than SECC materials, with lower plasticity (to prevent deep drawing design), thick zinc layer, and weak electric weldability.
4. Stainless steel SUS304
is one of the commonly used stainless steels, because it includes nickel (Ni) that is more resistant to corrosion and high temperature than steel containing magnesium (Cr). It has good mechanical properties, no heat treatment process and hardening, and no ductility.
5. Stainless steel SUS301
Schromium (Cr) composition less than 304, poor corrosion resistance. However, after cold drawing, the material exhibits improved tensile strength and yield strength during die casting, along with excellent ductility. It is suitable for torsion springs and EMI.
