Maintain daily processing accuracy of sheet metal processing:

1. after starting up, try to warm up for about 10min, then in production and processing; Long-term unused machinery and equipment should increase the heating time;

2. Check whether the main oil passage is smooth;

3. before the shell processing factory sleeps, place the worktable and seat plate in the middle of the machine and equipment (move the three-axis schedule to the middle of each axis schedule);

4. Keep the machine tool dry and clear.

Sheet Metal Processing Daily Maintenance:

1. daily cleaning of dust iron pins of sheet metal processing machines: including machine tool control panel, spindle taper hole, numerical control tool car, tool head and taper shank, numerical control tool system software tool arm and tool bin, numerical control machine tool; XY axis sheet metal protective cover, flexible plastic pipe in machine tool, electric traction rope machine equipment, drilling groove, etc.

2. check the absolute height of the lubricating grease level gauge to ensure the lubrication of the machine tool;

3. check whether the engine coolant in the engine coolant tank is sufficient, and add it immediately if it is not enough;

4. Check whether the air pressure of mechanical equipment sheet metal processing is normal;

5. check whether the steam in the taper hole of the spindle is normal, clean the taper hole of the spindle with clean cloth and coat it with light oil;

6. remove the tool arm and tool of CNC knife system software, especially in the tool claw;

7. Check whether all indicator lights and warning lights are normal;

8. check whether there is water seepage in the air pressure control module tube;

9. clean up the sheet metal processing machine after the daily work is completed;

10. Maintain a clean and tidy environment around the laser cutting and processing equipment.
