1. Understand customer requirements, when coming into contact with new varieties or new orders, we must understand the customer's products, and understand the customer's requirements for the appearance and size of the products, and the use of the products.

2. after understanding the customer's requirements for products, sheet metal processing selects different processes according to the products of different customers, and at the same time explains the precautions in the process drawings: such as the surface cannot be scratched.

3. the engineering department gets the drawings to make the process drawings (unrolled drawings). the drawings drawn by the craftsman are checked by another craftsman, and sent to the workshop after checking the sheet metal processing cabinet is signed and confirmed.

4. NC blanking, the first piece of NC blanking shall be fully inspected, (NC blanking, laser cutting machine, etc.) blanking workpieces shall be inspected, including size, expansion, etc. Mass production must be all the first piece inspection qualified before mass production.

5. When bending, the bending direction and bending size shall be confirmed as the first piece, and mass production shall be started after confirmation. Re-inspection shall be conducted when changing operators or dies.

6. finished products, the welded finished products or bent finished products shall be sampled according to the drawing requirements, and each size shall be confirmed during sampling inspection. At the same time, the appearance should be fully inspected, and the unqualified ones should be adjusted in time and checked again. At the same time, fill in the inspection report.

9. the first piece requires the operator to apply for inspection, and the finished product also has the operator to apply for inspection. the flexible processing of sheet metal can only be put into storage after the inspector signs it. If the operator does not apply for inspection, there is no labor cost for this batch of products.

10. although the customer's order is urgent, we must ensure the concept of sheet metal processing with quality first and speed second.
